The cemetery of the poor of Jerusalem from the year 1400, is called the Samboski cemetery, where the names of about 2,100 burials are known, although the potential burial there is about 7,000 people.

The cemetery was desecrated, the graves were blown up and a lot of restoration work was carried out. The project includes the construction of floating stairs, the regulation of the border by terraces, the restoration and arrangement of the graves and the cleaning of the area, the closing of the Geniza cave and handrails.
